All items are shipped from Austria. Shopping only within the EU. Please note that depending on your region, there may be delays in shipping. Shipping costs are already included in the price.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The period begins on the day the goods are delivered. A withdrawal must be made in writing by email.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of faulty or damaged products. For returns due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a pick-up point in time, I cannot accept any liability; any resulting costs must also be covered by the customer.
Refunds or exchanges are only possible if the items arrive unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
