All items are shipped from Austria. Shipping only within the EU. Please note that depending on your region, there may be delays in shipping.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The return period begins on the day of delivery. A withdrawal must be made in writing by email.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of faulty or damaged products.
Refunds or exchanges are only possible if the items arrive in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
